Often times I run into so called "experts" that just want to regurgitate the buzz words of Internet Marketing: Ripple Effects, Key Influencers, SEO, Cross-Segment Synergies, Close Loop Marketing, Content and Video Virality... but miss the kindergarten basics of social media marketing.
Social Media Marketing is all about creating and maintaining relationships. No funny words to include or acronyms that confuse. It's that simple.
